Hello everybody,

Welcome to my blog! My name is Liliana, I am a physician, obstetrician and gynecologist. I was born and raised in Argentina, and after living and training in New York, I moved to Athens, Greece, where I work in private practice. I am married to a Greek/French and have four children…I speak four languages, Spanish, English, Greek and French…

My days are quite busy and I try to keep a balance between being a woman, a working woman, a wife and a mother – not always easy! (many of you know what I’m talking about… ). Still, I felt I needed something more… to become a blogger!

Image 9-9-14 at 22.53For a long time I was trying to figure out a way to combine my passion for both my profession and teaching, while having fun at the same time!… Many ideas had crossed my mind: a book? a web site? articles on magazines? They were not exactly what I was looking for….I wanted something more personal, less “cold”, more interactive….Then one day, while going through the beautiful blog of a friend, carnetdedamecatherine.com, I said: this is it! This is what I want to do! (Merci Catherine!)

What I have in mind is a sort of interactive magazine focusing on women’s health, with articles presented in a nice, easy, visual and scientifically sound way. Most important, I want this blog to be a meeting point where we can share thoughts, experiences, concerns, etc. That’s why I came up with the blog’s name, “woman2women”: a woman (that would be you or me) helping, informing, inspiring other women: from one woman to all women….

To make it more fun, I also thought to include other posts related to music, travel, leisure, art, things I read, saw, or heard and I want to share with you…

I hope you’ll enjoy this blog and I look forward to your comments, questions, thoughts…
